PackDraw Cart Explained: Split, Exchange, Sell & Ship

Everything you win on PackDraw lands in your inventory, and the cart is where you decide what to do with it. You can sell items back, ship them, or use Split and Exchange to turn items you don't want into ones you do. This guide explains each option.

What the current cart actually shows

Select an item to manage it. Look under Withdraw for the available delivery or crypto choices, and read the confirmation screen before committing. Split availability is not demonstrated in the supplied screenshot.

Your four options

• Sell: turn an item into balance instantly. Fast, but final.
• Withdraw: review physical-delivery or crypto choices for an eligible item. Physical delivery is not labelled with a separate Ship button in the supplied cart. See how to ship PackDraw items.
• Exchange: swap one or more items for a different item of similar value.
• Split: break a higher-value item into several lower-value items.

When to use Exchange

Exchange is useful when you win something you would never use, like the wrong shoe size or a phone model you don't want. Instead of selling at a discount and buying again, you can swap toward the item you actually want. Compare values before confirming, since exchanges can involve a small difference in value.

When to use Split

Split helps when you want several smaller items or need to match a shipping option. It is also handy if you only want part of the value as balance.

• Decide before selling: sell-backs cannot be reversed.
• Bundle items you plan to ship to save time on checkout.
