Editorial Policy
Last updated: June 2026
PackDrawInsider exists to give players a clearer, less hyped view of the luxury mystery pack space. This page explains how we put each guide, review and comparison together — and how to push back when we get something wrong.
Who writes the content
Articles are produced by a small editorial team that has been opening packs and running battles on PackDraw and competing platforms for the past two years. We test what we cover. We do not republish marketing copy.
How we research a piece
- We use the platform ourselves — opening packs, running battles, withdrawing prizes and contacting support — before we publish a review or ranking.
- For drop-rate and odds claims we rely on the platform's own published provably-fair data and on our internal logs, not on community rumour.
- For bonus terms we read the latest terms of service and confirm the offer is live before publishing or updating a promo page.
Reviews and rankings
Our rankings reflect editorial judgement, not advertiser spend. No platform pays to appear or to move up the list, and no platform sees the ranking before it goes live. Where we recommend PackDraw it is because we think it is the strongest option on the metrics that matter — fairness, library depth, payouts, support and bonus value.
Conflicts of interest
We earn affiliate commission from PackDraw signups. That relationship is disclosed in full on the affiliate disclosure page and labelled inline anywhere we link out. The commercial relationship does not influence the rating we give in a review or the position we award in a ranking.
Updates and freshness
Promo, bonus and ranking pages are reviewed at least monthly. Long-form guides are reviewed when the underlying platform, mechanic or bonus changes. Every page shows a clear "last updated" date.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error, email us through the contact page. We correct mistakes quickly and add a short note to the page explaining what changed.
