Set a budget before you start

• No chasing. If a pack or battle does not go your way, that is the end of the session — not a reason to load another deposit.
• Sellback discipline. Bank a percentage of every prize as instant sellback credit instead of rolling everything back into more packs.
• Cooling-off windows. Take a clear break between sessions. Same-day "just one more" sessions are the most likely to go off-budget.

• Hiding the activity or the spend from people close to you.
• Borrowing money, using credit, or skipping bills to keep playing.
