Forge is PackDraw's pack builder. Instead of only opening the packs PackDraw designs, you can build your own from the site's catalog of more than 9,300 items, choose the drop rates, and list the pack for every other player to open. It is one of the features that sets PackDraw apart from most mystery box sites, and this guide explains how it works, what you can and cannot control, and when it is worth using.

How PackDraw Forge works, step by step
- Pick your items. Choose products from PackDraw's catalog: sneakers, watches, electronics, trading cards and more.
- Set the drop rates. Give each item a chance. The builder shows the pack price as you adjust, and the chances must add up to 100%.
- Name and publish. Give the pack a clear name and list it. It appears in the Forge section next to other community packs.
- Players open it. Anyone can open your pack, and every opening runs through the same provably fair system as official packs.

What you control and what PackDraw controls
| You control | PackDraw controls |
|---|---|
| Which items go in | Item values, based on market price |
| The chance of each item | The pack price and the house margin |
| Name and theme | Content rules and approval |
| Whether it stays listed | Fairness system, shipping and payouts |
The key point: Forge is not a loophole. PackDraw prices every Forge pack so its margin stays the same as on official packs. You choose the contents, but you cannot build a pack that beats the house.
How a Forge pack's price is set
The price follows the expected value of the items. For example, an item worth $100 at a 10% chance adds $10, a $20 item at 30% adds $6, and a $5 item at 60% adds $3, for $19 of expected value. PackDraw then adds its margin on top. Raise the chance of an expensive item and the pack price climbs with it.
Why players use Forge
- Chasing one specific item. If no official pack features the watch or sneaker you want, build a pack around it. You still pay a fair price for the odds, but you are not opening packs full of items you do not care about.
- Themed battles. Build a pack and run a battle on it with friends, so everyone opens exactly what you designed.
- Creator income. Streamers and community members list packs for their audience and can earn from openings. PackDraw does not publish the creator split, so treat any public percentage as unconfirmed. Our affiliate program guide covers how creators earn.
Tips for building a pack people actually open
- Keep the price in a popular range. Most openings happen on low and mid-priced packs; see pack pricing tiers.
- Make the drop table easy to read: one or two headline items, a few mid-value items, and sensible small prizes.
- Pick one clear theme, such as a single brand or category, and name the pack so it is easy to find.
- Check the odds the way buyers will, using our pack odds guide.
Forge packs, your balance and your winnings
Forge packs are paid for from your normal balance, and items you win land in your cart like any other prize. From there you can Sell, Withdraw or Exchange them, as explained in our withdrawal guide. New players can boost their first deposit with code BONUS1000.
Pack Battles — winner takes all
Real rivals, real items. Battle 1v1, 2v2, or all-in jackpots.
Is Forge worth it?
For players who know exactly what they want, Forge is the most efficient way to chase it, because every slot in the pack is an item you chose. For creators, it is a way to give an audience its own pack. Just remember that a Forge pack carries the same house edge as any other pack, so set a budget before you open.
